Best car buying experience ever I went to All Star Honda to put an order in for a 2018 civic si in blue. When I arrived I asked to work with Chris Williams. The other salesmen were very understanding and as I waited even held conversation with me and helped me learn about the features and specs of the new cars even though they were aware I would be buying from another salesmen. Felt very at home. Chris Williams made the entire process a breeze. Let me make sure my stroller and car seat fit with ease and let the whole family go for a test drive. He even helped keep our 18 month old son enterianted as he worked 3 hours past the end of his shift to make everything happen for us. I ended up going with a black civic si sedan they had on the lot. I was done with the paperwork before the car was done being detailed! By far the best experience I have ever had and will be going back to Chris Williams at All Star for any future Honda purchases! More

Poor customer service! Terrible client experience! Very poor customer service experience all-around! Below is our story, in chronological order: - Vehicle was not ready for pick-up on the day we were scheduled to come in and get it. = Poor organization. - Staff lied to our faces about phone calls they claimed to have made to inform us of the delay despite clear evidence against it (call histories on cell phones, lack of VM, etc.) = Lies. - Finance consultant presented misleading financial information during the contract signing process. = Lack of competency at best, more lies at worst. - Two days later, vehicle was dropped off at our house with malfunctioning remote start and scratch in side panel's paint, requiring the vehicle to be returned to the dealership for servicing. = Carelessness. - Service department did not apologize for delivering a new vehicle with a malfunctioning remote start. = Lack of tact. - Customer service management staff made no attempt to rectify the situation. Nothing was offered to compensate us for our wasted time. I was given a loaner vehicle while the new car was in service for the remote start repair and buffing-out of the paint scratch. = Poor customer service. - Last message I sent to Customer Service Manager Petersen via the dealership's customer feedback form online was on March 22nd... it remains to be answered yet. = Lack of communication. Happy customer who bought a used 2014 Prius V From my very first interaction with the dealership via CarGurus, everyone along the way performed up to and beyond my expectations. During my se From my very first interaction with the dealership via CarGurus, everyone along the way performed up to and beyond my expectations. During my search for a used Prius V I contacted several dealerships inquiring about vehicles availability and questions about details not listed in ad. I never hear back from some dealerships. One dealership sent me multiple cryptic follow-up texts about every hour that eventually felt like hounding. (I blocked them.) Aerial Thompson at All-Star in internet department was quick to respond to my first inquiry and to confirm availability. She confirmed promptly again when I told her I was on my way to the dealership, to Greenfield from New Glarus, driving about 80 miles. When I arrived at dealership, salesperson Chris Williams knew my name and exactly why I was coming to visit. After test driving and a little negotiating with the sales manager about detailing and moving my tires/rim from my older vehicle to their used car I was interested in, we shook hands on a deal. I got a fair price for my trade-in (2012 Prius V) that had just over 250,000 miles. I thought the negotiating was handled very professionally and the team was very proactive in explaining trim packages between the two cars. Chris Williams smoothly completed the transaction. Very friendly, human approach. Service department did a great job detailing the vehicle I purchased and eliminating a lingering cigarette smell as promised. Great job by the whole team. Highlight: I liked the fact that the sales manager interacted with me directly instead of the salesperson running back and forth like some dealerships...like sales manager is Wizard of Oz behind the curtain. I liked the very transparent approach and the firm hand shakes that actually meant something. More
