Great experience purchasing used SUVm We had quite a list of wants and don't want's for a (new to us) used car. We presented the list to Thomas and he came back with exactly what we were We had quite a list of wants and don't want's for a (new to us) used car. We did have one issue with a clicking noise that was resolved with a quick trip to the service department and away we went. Great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and knew how to listen to our wants and needs. Another plus, when signing the papers we were informed about different extended warranties available with no pressure to purchase. The SUV still had a year's warranty so we felt no need to purchase another at this time. Overall a smooth purchasing experience. Thank you Thomas!!!! More
