We had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Joe Girma. We have previously purchase cars from him and always go back to Rosedale Chevrolet. It was a great exprience! And the Doug was a fantastice Sales person. he has worked with me for over two years to get me in a vehicle. I have only had one bad experience in the time I was coming here and it was my fault for leaving my CD's in the vehicle during my oil change. When I got my vehicle back I didn't immediately notice that coming here and it was my fault for leaving my CD's in the vehicle during my oil change. Found the car I purchased online, filed out a short request for more info after 5:30 on Saturday and got a phone call and an e-mail from Rock within 10 minutes to schedule the test drive. Rail dust on the first 2010 Tahoe and factory paint flaws on the second 2011 Tahoe....wow! As customers, we were overwhelmed with confusion and frustration! Rosedale Chev saved the day for us by correcting all the issues at hand!! We are very appreciative for all the hard work and extra hours everyone put in to make the final car deal so successful! We are still amazed how the dealership and it's employees went the extra mile to please its customers! We purchased our 2003 Avalanche new from Rosedale Chev and were so pleased with both the hospitality and truck, we returned to purchase our new vehicle last month.
