Pat continued the personal experience and was more than willing to go above and beyond any of my expectations in making it an overall pleasant car buying experience (David Zirbes even made a point to introduce himself to me during one of my many visits along with the rest of the management team). Last but not least, I would like to mention Dan Reinhardt as he was very thorough in explaining my options, warranties and continued my "no pressure, no problems, no buyer's remorse" experience. Leaking tire I had bought a new set of tires from Rosedale Chev and within a couple of weeks, I had seen a slow leak develop in the right rear tire.
