The salesman I had Joel sold me use piece of garbage and a warranty that s##ks, If I knew. Then what I know now I would’ve never purchased the extended warranty the car car is been broke down for a week and a warranty that s##ks, If I knew. They have to take the part out of the car tear it down make sure that it’s broken even though when I brought it down they told me it was broke the day they brought in in there. But getting back to you the warranty salesman told me that I would get a car just like when I’m driving that’s why I agreed to it now all they’re giving me is $30 a day to rent a car. This is the second thing it went out on this car first was the transfer case now the transmission I won’t buy another thing from Roseville Chevrolet. But what do they care they sold you a car, and don’t care if you come back to buy another one again I would’ve kept the money put it in the bank and I could’ve paid The repair shop to fix it right away out of my pocket. Everyone you need to get what The salesman tells you in writing, he Musta buffaloed enough people because now he’s a manager and all I know is his name is Joe and he’s a rip off!! My dad when in an purchased a vehicle, sales person was attentive and seem to be helping him. This was a very expensive vehicle and my dad doesn't speak English so after going home and talking it over we d attentive and seem to be helping him. This was a very expensive vehicle and my dad doesn't speak English so after going home and talking it over we decided to return the vehicle. He got it on Thursday night and we went back on Saturday first thing and told the sales person we wanted to return the vehicle because it was too much for my dad. He said he had to talk to his manager so the manager came out and said he couldn't not return the vehicle. He said the vehicle was a done deal and there was no way he could return it. I tried explaining the vehicle had just been taken and we would rather loose our down payment but he said in MN he cant return it. He was never told about this, yes he signed the paperwork but he doesn't speak English. Yes they were really nice when they are trying to sell the car and now that he wanted to work on returning the vehicle which im sure they could sell it again without a problem the manager was very rude about the situation. He said if he cant afford it that's now the banks and his problem. Trying to get a lawyer is money and my dad doesn't have the money. I will call the consumer bureau and anywhere i can to make a complain. More
