Best Car Purchase in 20 Years Josh Stiffler is amazing. I was able to work with him using social media when I don't have time to run through lots all week. He found us a perfect SUV (Chevy Traverse) that worked with our credit and got my payment below my expectation. As a former Roper salesperson myself, I appreciated all of his 'little' touches - from the apple pie, the keychain and the surprise $2 bill and thank you note inside the gas tank. Probably the best marketing I've seen in the car sales world. Also, when Stiffler had to hand us off so he could get back to his lot, George was awesome and did everything to make me and my wife feel like the transition was smooth. Well done. More

An Experience Exceeding all Expectations! From my very first visit, my father and I were warmly welcomed to Roper Honda by Mike Bailey who sought to get to know exactly what aspects and featur From my very first visit, my father and I were warmly welcomed to Roper Honda by Mike Bailey who sought to get to know exactly what aspects and features I was seeking in a vehicle, what was most important to me in the car-purchasing process, and what specific questions/concerns I had regarding the vehicles I had researched. I was able to freely express what I was looking in a vehicle as well explain what my budget was for the purchase. One of the most important aspects of my vehicle purchase was my desire to pay cash upfront and not finance the vehicle in order to avoid accruing debt. From the moment I expressed this, Mike respected this desire and consistently went out of his way to find ways to make it possible for me to purchase the vehicle I wanted while staying within budget. Following test drives and much research, I knew the Honda Civic was the vehicle I wanted to purchase based on the exceptional Consumer Report Ratings, Safety ratings, and additional valuable information that Mike took the time to fully explain to me. There were many instances throughout the vehicle-searching process where I thought it wouldn't be possible for me to afford a 2016 Honda Civic without financing, however, Roper willingly offered a discounted price with generous trade-in value on my previous vehicle as well as even offered to assist in the cost of covering the installation of a vehicle feature on my wish-list - all in order that I may uphold to my conviction of remaining debt-free. On the day of sale, John Mitchell did an exceptional job of fully explaining all warranty and contract details, as well as took extra time to explain specific details that were especially relevant to know as a first-time vehicle purchaser. Again, Mike Bailey went above and beyond in taking time to answer any and all questions of my family before finalizing the sale. To my family and I, the car-searching process was much more than simply making a decision regarding where and what vehicle to purchase, but about the integrity, trustworthiness and loyalty of the dealership in which I would be purchasing the vehicle from. Roper Honda exceeded all of our exceptions in each of these areas. The character and integrity of the company as a whole is reflected in the respect, loyalty and commitment each staff member demonstrates to their clients through their exceptional service. I felt absolute peace knowing that this company had not only earned by business, but my loyalty and trust. I look forward to remaining part of the "Roper Honda" family for many, many years to come!
