You bought your new car from us on 09/07/22. On the day you picked it up, we agreed to fix a scratch on the trunk of your Civic. On 09/10 you mentioned a new issue with a door ding on the passenger door and on 09/14 you brought up an issue with the dent on the roof. You were in possession of your vehicle the majority of this time. You had just bought the car from us, so we agreed to take care of the trunk, passenger door, and the roof. By doing this we weren’t accepting or denying fault. We were simply offering a resolution to alleviate your concerns. We have had many customers that have benefitted from the warranty coverage through the years. Unfortunately, you went over 35,000 miles without a service visit at our dealership or any communication with the warranty company.
