I took my 2013 Ford F-150 in to the service with a vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I have a extended warranty on the vehicle and was told they would except this warranty but there would be a $16 vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I had no problem with that fee until they called me 3 weeks later and said they would need another $450 for a different diagnostic test. I declined to pay for anymore test and picked up my vehicle. All they could tell me was yes it has a vibration or wobble but didn't really seem to have a clue. I guess if a computer can't tell the mechanic what's wrong there lost. I'm 65 and miss the days of real mechanic 's. More
