On my last visit, I had an issue with the battery. Our day was already packed full with softball, out of town family and a graduation party, and since my husband was at work all day, I requested a loaner to get me around all day. They didn't even bat an eye. I was told that the battery needed to be changed and that it we just missed the coverage on the mfg. warranty, however, they were able to figure something out and get it back to me free of charge. The service team went above and beyond my expectations! More

He was honest with us and told us he wasn't super familiar with that vehicle but found out any information we asked about. He was professional, worked very hard to get us the price we wanted for it, and got our On Star set up. Shaun is very friendly and easy going and didn't use any high pressure tactics to make a sale. Joe marozas he is the sales manager he did everything in his power to get me approved as well, he called every bank, he talked to every banker he took time out of his schedule to get me in a safe and reliable vehicle.
