My boyfriend and I went into Ron Tonkin Toyota looking to get a new veh GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR THIS FIRST TIMER!!!!! JUSTIN LEMONS - HE IS THE MAN!!! My boyfriend and I went into Ron Tonkin Toyota looking to get a new vehicle after years of driving in old used vehicles off of Craigslist. I set up an appointment, this was our first time actually going into a dealership, and we were able to get in soon and at an early time with him and he let us know what to bring into the visit. When we arrived, we were greeted by other employees who were very friendly. Our visit with Justin was absolutely great! He was informative, detailed, prompt and very professional. We felt no pressure what so ever throughout the whole visit, he was patient with us as we were with him. And he put in so much effort to help us with what we brought to the table, he pushed very hard for us and did his very best to get us the best deal and made sure we were taken care of! We were so appreciative of every one involved - Justin Lemons, Evan Muncy, Eric, Evan M, even down to Konnor in the accessories dept. Justin even introduced us to the folks who would be taking care of the car's maintenance who was Bobby and he was also very nice! I would say during this whole experience, especially this being our first time and going in without a single clue of what to expect, it was absolutely a great one and we left without a single feeling of regrets or if's, just went home grinning ear to ear not just about the new car we're driving in but about the WHOLE ordeal.
