Justo is amazing! I walked in to look at vehicles and without even hesitation Justo was there to help! Even if I was "just looking" he willingly gave me his attention. Tonkin unable to fix problem on 2015 Prius When we first bought our Prius, it consistently got between 48 and 52 miles per gallon. After a scheduled service, the mileage dropped dramatically t When we first bought our Prius, it consistently got between 48 and 52 miles per gallon. After a scheduled service, the mileage dropped dramatically to between 37 and 41 miles per gallon. In 2016 we took a trip to California and averaged 51 mpg. In 2017 we took a trip to California and averaged 41 mpg. I decided to take the Prius into Tonkin to have the mileage restored to normal. I had a most unsatisfactory visit. First, the service writer, Mitchell Strasburg, was argumentative and disrespectful to me, trying to put the drop in mileage down to environmental factors and/or the way I drove. I had to rap my knuckles on the service desk to get him to be quiet so that he could hear my complaint. I also had to tell him that I had not come to Tonkin to argue, but to get the car fixed. Next, he was very reluctant to have the service technicians look at the car. I reminded him that I had an appointment for this service and that it was under warranty. He finally took my key, I took a walk and after about an hour, He called me and told me that they had found nothing. It was such a short period of time, and so many cars were stacked up in the service bay that I am not sure that anyone even looked at the car. Finally, I did not like Mitchell's attitude, and the fact that there was no change in the car's mileage. I will now contact the Toyota representative and see what he has to say. Evidently, when Tonkin was bought by an out of state company, they brought a change in philosophy with them. More
