Worst service EVER, they only care about the sale! If I could I'd give this place zero stars. My mom and sister spent at least an hour with a sales rep test driving and talking about a car, they decid If I could I'd give this place zero stars. My mom and sister spent at least an hour with a sales rep test driving and talking about a car, they decided they wanted to go ahead and buy it and asked if it was okay to bring someone who can help her through the paperwork since she had never bought a new car. They came and picked me and when we arrived at the dealership the car was leaving the lot with another salesman. We found the guy that was helping us, and we told him someone just drove off with the car. He said no problem, he'll grab the keys when they get back. And so he did, when the other people came back he brought us the key and said, "Don't worry, the car is yours". My mom filled out the application, they ran her credit for financing, and in the middle of talking about the extended warranty our salesman excused himself, and said he'd be right back. After a couple of minutes the manager came and told us that the other couple that took the car for a test drive just bought the car and that we needed to hand over the keys. WE WERE SPEACHLESS! We spent a good 2 hours there, and the manager was a complete Jerk. We will never go back to that dealership, or recommend anyone there. We were there first, and they had already ran financing, they should not have been allowed to do that if they weren't planning on giving us the car. Is that even legal? I don't know, but i'm sure going find out! More

JUST AWFUL!
