We travel over 1/2 hour, bypassing closer Toyota dealerships because Justin is sincere and he listens. He goes the extra mile and makes the process fun and low stress. We plan to have him help us for all our future cars. The best thing for us, is that they see us as people, not just another sale. He is easy to contact and works diligently to get you in the car you want. Trask, in the finance department was also wonderful and fun to work with. (And had we mentioned he’s the Finance guy!!! And it was still fun!) He explained our options for extended warranties in understandable terms, and again wasn’t high pressure or pushy. It’s a great outfit through and through! We LOVE our Highlander and can tell they stand behind their fantastic line of vehicles. More

Prepaid maintenance service Well I bought a prepaid maintenance service when I first purchased the truck 2014. My truck has 39k five years later so I go and get my oil change and Well I bought a prepaid maintenance service when I first purchased the truck 2014. My truck has 39k five years later so I go and get my oil change and I had to pay because my extended maintenance had expired , even tho my truck has only 39k so what I’m saying is I am getting penalized due to not using my truck. My last dealer was Toyota of Gladstone and I had the same issue and they actually gave me the service until the 60k miles , even if the year of the contract expired..... never again I’m buying extended maintenance or warranties More

He listened well to a concern I had about a rear rattle, talked to my mechanic team - when it was up on tbe rack gor tire rotation, they found the simple issue and corrected it! Bravo team! Wonderful customer Service! I will see you for my next 5,000 mile round! AND I bought got the car used st a Honda dealership and they still treat me like royalty! Just saying it's worth it! More

They set me up with an appointment 20 minutes later and my service tech, Fan was great. Friendly, told me exactly what to expect and a price.
