Fantastic customer service!! We have had 2 great experiences now with Justin at this Toyota dealership! We travel over 1/2 hour, bypassing closer Toyota dealerships because Justin We have had 2 great experiences now with Justin at this Toyota dealership! We travel over 1/2 hour, bypassing closer Toyota dealerships because Justin is sincere and he listens. He goes the extra mile and makes the process fun and low stress. We plan to have him help us for all our future cars. The best thing for us, is that they see us as people, not just another sale. He is easy to contact and works diligently to get you in the car you want. Trask, in the finance department was also wonderful and fun to work with. (And had we mentioned he’s the Finance guy!!! And it was still fun!) He explained our options for extended warranties in understandable terms, and again wasn’t high pressure or pushy. It’s a great outfit through and through! We LOVE our Highlander and can tell they stand behind their fantastic line of vehicles. More
