There seems to be some confusion regarding your purchase since you were offered either a rebate or the lower interest rate on your loan. You weighed your two options and then chose to go with the lower rate. All of the paperwork leading up to the purchase and then the purchase paperwork itself shows that you agreed to the lower interest rate rather than the rebate.
