Ron Tonkin Scion

My wife and I had a 2001 suzuki grand vitara limited and a 2003 volkswagen glx 4 motion wagon. We loved these cars. The universe decided we would get to trade our beloved cars in for new ones. We knew we were tired of having car issues and we knew Toyota was the most reliable. I called to speak with a salesperson and tha is how I first met Justin. He did the complete sale without ridiculous pressure. I first contacted him months before our purchase to discuss our options. My wife and I thought that the Yaris would be the only cars we could afford. I did some research on Tonkins great website and found a corolla and scion that we each wanted. I spoke with Justin and let him know. When we actually came to the lot, justin had the cars waiting for us. Roni helped with the changeover including license plates so we wouldn't have to go to the DMV. They then passed it off to Nick who had my wife's recent graduate benefit applied. We were in and out with two new cars with awesome warranties and protection packages in under three hours. As my wife and I were working five jobs between us and I was still in school, this was huge. Fast forward over a year and I had a bit of an issue and misunderstanding with the service department. Nick happened to be sitting at the desk I came to complain at. He not only remembered my wife and I, but also the terms of the sale. He took the reigns fully knowing he had a sales meeting to go to. He spoke with service, got everything taken care of, explained everything to me so I understood. Before he did all of this, I was confused and ready to have our cars serviced elsewhere from there on out. Thanks to Nick, we will keep coming back as long as he and others like him keep on with Tonkin. We will be Toyota customers for life! More
