We've been in several times. Each time, we have had to go back because something wasn't working correctly (sometimes the same day and sometimes a week later). Today, when we had a problem, the first word go back because something wasn't working correctly (sometimes the same day and sometimes a week later). Today, when we had a problem, the first words out of their mouth were "we didn't do anything". In addition, when my 18 year old daughter took the vehicle back in after my husband had called today, they were very rude to her. When my husband and I arrived, we were also treated very rudely. When we asked to see the service manager, Mike, we were treated even worse. Not only did they immediately deny any wrongdoing on their part, they also refused to listen. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. We will never return and it has given us a very bad feeling about Ron Tonkin dealerships and Kia in general. More
