When I entered the dealership it was for an oil change This is my second purchase from Ron Tonkin Kia. Working with Mikol Filizetti was wonderful. When I entered the dealership it was for an oil change on my Kia Soul, Mikol greeted me while opening the door and was very courteous...he offered to show me the Telluride (cause I was just looking). Had he been pushy or aggressive I doubt I would have entertained the purchase... Since the Soul was so new I feel I received a wonderful deal and am over the moon with my new ride. More

Garrett told me that the repair should take between one-half to one hour. He also indicated a comfortable waiting area and told me to help myself to coffee and snacks. Within one-half hour he returned to tell me the repair had been completed. I applaud Ron Tonkin for the service and highly recommend Garrett for his pleasant and knowledgeable service. More

We have received top-notch service with each oil change. Our Toyota Hylander was in need of new brakes (or so we thought) and their estimate beat several competitors by hundreds of dollars. Clint Robertson, our service advisor, called me with good news. Once the technician took the brakes apart, the pads were at a 6. He took this info to Clint and said, “They don’t need new brakes but we can replace them if that’s what they want” I was blown away by their HONESTY! Clint further stated, “We never want to sell you something you don’t need” They put the car back together and I walked away without a charge and a HUGE smile on my face! More

Great safety features. Well insurance totaled car out and mentioned to check with dealer about GAP protection, so a call to dealership and a talk with Rebecca Zeigler(whom offered to guide me through GAP claim) I was starting the process to get old car loan paid off(in the end gap covered what insurance did not), but here I was in a rental and Rebecca asked if I would be interested in buying a new Kia Soul. Well survived so well the safety and fit had me sold so I accepted and Rebecca put me in touch with Scott Mooer to help pick out a car while she was getting the financing going. Scott went over what features were available and we narrowed done to the package I wanted and then just to pick a color, as Rebecca got all the paper work all lined up and in just a week after crash was in a new Soul, just having to wait on the GAP claim to go through. Great service for a previous customer. More

He is very personable, not a high pressure salesperson. He answers all your questions and helps you choose the model that best fits your needs. He goes the extra mile to help you get the car of your dreams within your budget. It should be noted that I was at the dealership to service my 2014 Sportage. Buying a new car was not really on my agenda today. However Alan provided answers to some questions I had and a sale was in process. More
Don't get any better than Ron Tonkin Kia Took my 2015 Kia Soul in for it's oil change. While there I got to visit with my salesman, Breez Sovey. He showed me the new 2017 Kia Souls. I ment Took my 2015 Kia Soul in for it's oil change. While there I got to visit with my salesman, Breez Sovey. He showed me the new 2017 Kia Souls. I mentioned I would love to get the new 2017 Kia Soul, but my lease was not up yet. Breez said he would go check on the status of my lease. Came back a few minutes later with great news! I qualified for a new 2017 Soul. In no time at all.... I was the proud owner of a new 2017 Red Kia Soul! This is the fifth new car I have bought/leased from Ron Tonkin Kia, and the fifth new car Breez Sovey has helped me buy/lease! I was telling Breez my wife might be upset I got a new Kia. So I asked Breez if he could do anything to help my wife get a new Kia. A few minutes later Breez came back and told me he could get my wife into a new Kia Optima. Wife is thrilled with her new Optima, and of course I love my new Soul! This would not have happened without the hard work of the best salesman at Ron Tonkin Kia... Breez Sovey!!! Actually everyone that works at Tonkin Kia is pretty awesome from the service department to the customer service, management, even the people that get your new car ready for delivery. My service advisor, Julie Hogue, scheduled my service appointment, addressed all my concerns and questions about my 2011 KIA Soul and made sure the vehicle was ready as promised. I had two issues with m appointment, addressed all my concerns and questions about my 2011 KIA Soul and made sure the vehicle was ready as promised. I had two issues with my vehicle and the service technician was able to locate and resolve the problems. The service manager, Mike Downing, is on top of everything in his service department and took a moment to say "hello" which is very personable. Dan Boege in the parts department is awesome and always available to discuss accessories for my new vehicle. Overall, my experience with this service team exceeded my expectations!!! More
We've been in several times. Each time, we have had to go back because something wasn't working correctly (sometimes the same day and sometimes a week later). Today, when we had a problem, the first words out of their mouth were "we didn't do anything". In addition, when my 18 year old daughter took the vehicle back in after my husband had called today, they were very rude to her. When my husband and I arrived, we were also treated very rudely. When we asked to see the service manager, Mike, we were treated even worse. Not only did they immediately deny any wrongdoing on their part, they also refused to listen. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. We will never return and it has given us a very bad feeling about Ron Tonkin dealerships and Kia in general. More
