I was very upset when I came in for my routine service.... He went beyond his duty to help me resolve a problem. My honda S2000 leather seat split. I told him and he looked at it and said " Let me see what I can do...no promises BUT I can also refer you to a great leather repair man if I can't help with this" Perfect... a few days later He called to let me know that honda agreed to replace my leather and only charge me 50.00. I can not and have not said enough of the OUTSTANDING service Jim provides me and how I have told many people about the service and quality of Ron Tonkin Honda.
