My daughter Angela and I came out to buy a car to help build her credit on March 22. We left very disappointed that day as we were pointed to cars that just were not acceptabe . Amazing miracles Tonya called several days later and informed my daughter they had found the perfect little Honda civic for her and they would hold it for us to look at on Saturday the 29th of March. I was very skeptical and figured they were bringing us back for another let down. I went along with my daughter again and was absolutely amazed the Honda civic was there and it was just as described. The car was perfect I was highly impressed with the work David and Tonya had put into making my daughter a great deal. The paperwork was done promptly and I couldn't be more pleased. This was the first time I have ever been involved in a car deal that went perfectly with absolutely no pressure. I would recommend building your credit by giving David and Tonya a chance to help. So, if you are in a market shopping for a car, check them out and they will work their tails off to make it work and right for you. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and over the next few weeks began to view him as more of a friend then a car salesman. I was able to go down last weekend and everything was great. Everything he came across as over the phone was true in real life. He got me the deal I wanted and really helped me out. And then to top everything off the loan manager kurt was awesome as well. They got me in a truck with bad credit, that was a good job. I went back after 12 perfect payments to see if I could upgrade. David said after 12 payments done deal. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. We were very clear about what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. Dakota Lucero and David McGee worked with us without trying to over sell were very clear about what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. We were able to test drive, ask any and all questions and then work with them to get a monthly payment that met our request. During the process everyone had great humor, they were friendly and at no time was there pressure to sell us "more car" than we needed. They showed us any and all options so that we were aware but did not over do the selling. When working with Kirk Dulaney to do the final finances we again were treated with respect, honesty and a friendly customer service. He made sure we understood all of our options around the warranty and once we made our decision - he did not over sell or try to change our mind. Everyone was respectful of our time and needs. We will go back to this dealership and ask to work with these three again. Our only suggestion is that they have food or snacks available because the process of buying a car takes a bit - so it would be nice to have some thing to eat. :) More
