We were so impressed with Mr. Sami and his extensive knowledge of the Honda line, especially the Honda Fit 2011 which we purchased. I told him and he looked at it and said " Let me see what I can do...no promises BUT I can also refer you to a great leather repair man if I can't help with this" Perfect... a few days later He called to let me know that honda agreed to replace my leather and only charge me 50.00.
