2014 CR-V I gave 5 star ratings across the board because of Andy Sorensen. Had it not been for his patience, honesty, and understanding, I would have given 3's, I gave 5 star ratings across the board because of Andy Sorensen. Had it not been for his patience, honesty, and understanding, I would have given 3's, with price being the exception at 1 star. For starters, Andy drove out about 30 minutes to pick me up! He was very informative and thorough when showing us our soon-to-be CRV. He was upfront and patient with me as I took my sweet time to haggle down the price (or at least attempt to). He never gave me the impression that he was a car salesman trying to push me to close, but more of a friend who wanted me to make the best decision for myself. I should note that it was my first time buying a car at a dealership and it was definitely a learning experience. I can't say I loved it, but Andy definitely made it an easier experience for me. More
