Your experience of this dealership will depend on who you work with. The sales person I initially worked with was Niketo and he was great throughout the process. We test drove together and he gave me the run down of all the cars features, etc. he said they could get the price I wanted on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and was thorough the entire way. Next I dealt with Evan who is a finance manager. This dealership has a new grad discount program if you are graduating in the next 6 months and have a firm job offer then you qualify for a couple extra perks. I am graduating in 3 months and have a 6 figure job offer so I figured this shouldn’t be a problem as I met the needed qualifications plus had 10,000 down. Evan made it seem like the fact that I was not yet working would be a problem. And that they weren’t going to be able to finance me. If thats the case I’m not sure why they advertise the new grad program on their website. When I tried to get more information about some of the extended warranty charges I felt that he was somewhat evasive and did not take the time to properly explain my options. I felt pressured into make a quick decision. As a new buyer I did not feel supported through this part of the process by Evan. Lastly I dealt with Teresa who was friendly and gave me a discount on my tire warranty. This part was pretty quick and straightforward. More
The whole experience was relaxed and I never felt like I was being pushed into buying a car that was more expensive or pressured into adding any packages I didn’t want or need.
