We made an appointment with Noah to see and test drive some vehicles. Noah had the best one ready for us to drive and it turned out to be the one we wanted the most. No stress, fast transaction. They also had lots of good financing options too. More

T **Update - After going through all of this, the GM for this group of dealerships did make it right. They did replace my bumper cover and fixed it. They also replaced the magnet that was ruined with their pressure washer. They also did spray the sealant on the car, however they also sprayed the windshield and now on a sunny day I have millions of little dots on the window that make it very difficult to see. All in all I appreciate they made it right, but I would not buy from them again after all of this. On 10/20/16 I purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza Hatchback from Tonkin Fiat. After I got the car home, while putting new plate covers on, I noticed there was front end damage on the vehicle. The car had been in an accident. I called the General Manager on his cell phone right then, and explained that I was looking at on the car. He didn't believe me. I told him I could send him pictures. While I was talking to him, I noticed the front end was pushed in and it made me look under the Tonkin front plate. There was a giant dent from the front end collision that Tonkin specifically re-drilled holes in the bumper to move the plate over to cover up damage. I was irate on the phone as I hadn't even seen that dent when I picked up the phone and called the general manager. I found the dent while I was on the phone with him. He told me to text pictures to his cell phone, so I did. I confirmed he received them and he told me to bring the car in Saturday 10/22 am, first thing. He said he would take care of it and fix the bumper. Then Alan, the sales person who sold me the car told me they would replace the bumper and make this right. This dealership put me in a loaner car saturday morning. Saturday afternoon, I received a call from Alan stating, he was sorry, but they sold the car they gave me as a loaner and they would bring out a different loaner and exchange it out that night. They did. They brought an old BMW X3. The car was filthy inside and out and the check engine light was on. Absolutely filthy. I didnt say anything to them until Monday about its condition. On Tuesday 10/25, i had to transport my customers in the vehicle and while in the vehicle, Ants, yes ANTS, started coming out of the vehicle dash in droves, up through the gear shift, on the floor, the seats. I had to drop my customer off, while apologizing profusely, contacted Tonkin and took the car back to them. They then put me in yet a 3rd loaner, which was a decent vehicle, except that the car I purchased gets 27/38 mpg and the car they "loaned" me got a max of 15mpg. All 3 cars were given to me with no gas in them. The BMW landed me on the side of the road out of gas on Monday. I didn't even think to check that they had put gas in the car, why would i? As if this can't get worse, I am told my car will be done and ready on Wednesday. Wednesday comes, and its is not done. I hear from Alan at 3:06 in the afternoon and he states the car didnt get there soon enough to have the top coat applied and cured, so they will do it tomorrow. I then receive and email from him on Thur 10/28 stating that they are applying the topcoat today and the bumper had been fixed. I drove in rush hour traffic for my new car and got there and they had put the plate back on the front of the car. I lifted the plate and, amazingly, still a disaster. The bumper was not replaced as promised and then when I raise cain about it, the sales guy(Alan) now says, they don't have to replace plastic bumpers, that they can heat them and smooth them out like new. I reiterated that he said it would be replaced. He responds with, we wouldn't replace it at the price-point you paid for the car. Are you kidding me. It has been one lie after another. Then I ask Alan if he had even looked at the repair, he said yes. I said you are kidding me. He responds, lets go look. He is dumbfounded by what "fixed" looks like too. I went back to the General Manager and he says they wont replace the bumper and they were never going to. Mind you, they have had my car now 6 days. Then he said "show me the bumper". Apparently, no one checks work. He takes one look at the car and says, "are you xxx kidding me? I would be pissed too". Then he stated he was pissed off that no one checked the vehicle. Confirmation that Alan had just lied to my face. Then they all blame Tonkin Honda since that is where the vehicle came from, nothing is their responsibility, yet I bought the car from them. Then the GM proceeds to tell me that there was no way for them to know that some minimum wage person that works for Tonkin covered up front end damage. According to him "they wouldn't tell anyone anything at that pay grade". They had to have known, since that wasn't the only front end damage AND they drilled new holes to move the plate to cover the damage. The used car manager then proceeds to tell me they would never sell a car that looked like that. He messages "his guy" saying its his fault and his guy responds "I didnt see it before it went out". So apparently, no one is responsible for their work or for covering up damage on a vehicle and selling it. Then, on top of it, they charge me for a top coat application, around $12-1300. They tell me a top coat was applied today 10/28. That was a lie. The Large magnet I put on the back of the car that was Brand New on Thursday was still right where I left it and had been completely damaged by a pressure washer. It had never been removed. The magnet now looks like it had been on the vehicle for years when in fact it was in their possession on my vehicle for 6 days There are dirt stains on the bumper, and down the paint on both sides of the car. I took pictures of it while i was in their parking lot. Visible dirt on the car. If they had just applied a topcoat that would not be the case. To make it even better, they put 50 miles on my car while in their care. How is that possible? In fact, its not unless someone was using it to drive for personal use. The place where they supposedly had the bumper fixed was just up the road according to the Used Car Manager. To sum it up, they sold me a car with front end damage that had been purposely covered up by their family of dealerships. They can blame Tonkin Honda all day, but they are the ones that sold me the car. They put me in 3 different loaners, 1 they sold, 1 that was covered in insects and filthy, and one that was fine that gets 15mpg on a good day. They had my car 6 days. They did not replace the bumper as promised and then backpedaled and said they wouldn't replace the bumper after I came to pick it up. They blame Tonkin Honda for covering it up, and its not their problem. They want to "fix it" again next week, again, they wont replace the damaged bumper. They want to give "their guy" another shot. They lied about applying a sealant to the car's exterior, clearly proven by not having removed my magnet and the dirt all over the car. They put 50+ miles on my car while in their care. Never, ever buy a car from this dealership or family of dealerships. This review will stand until if/when they make it right. At this point, I don't suspect they will. More

Despite repeated reminders that my top priority was to finance my vehicle purchase through my credit union, they misrepresented their ability to work with them, and me. Their unilateral actions without my approval resulted in their arranging my financing through a commercial bank presently under indictment for fraud....an organization I would never have done business with. This dealer ignores customer requirements and misrepresent their customers to finance companies. STAY AWAY. Exceedingly untrustworthy. More
