I came to Ron Tonkin in Gladstone after a bad experience with a Ford dealership in Aloha, OR. Jeff Arnold was respectful of my space and allowed me time to explain what my needs were in finding a vehicle. He then went to work and showed me what they had to offer, without trying to upsell or steer me in any way. I told him what I needed, and he gathered the information and offered guidance while accepting my feedback. Never did he try to convince me of anything or try to contradict my views. His honesty and integrity is why I have purchased 5 vehicles in total from Jeff Arnold. Jeff always makes sure I am taken care of, even if he is not available.
