They asked a fair price and honored it when there was substantial interest in the vehicle over the next few days. Since I was purchasing the vehicle remotely – from 2,000 miles away – I asked for some videos. Jamie got them for me and even got the car put on a lift to get me the pictures I wanted. When it came time to do the financial paperwork, there were no surprise additional fees. Jamie then worked with the shipping company I had arranged for getting the vehicle loaded. And when my home state asked for too much tax and registration money and sent back their check, Anje in their business office promptly provided a refund directly to me. LED Daytime running lamp is out on my truck. Common known problem with the new lights. Take the Ram in the first time. Did 3 recalls. Didn't bother to look at the light. Drove it straight back. Don't check the vehicle in for a week while it sits there. Then call and say it's done but possibly not fixed. Sure thing. Still same issue. Best part was, the RO says they saw the problem and asked parts for a new light. Then says later they changed some settings. All these lines are dated 12/19. They call me on the 28th to say it's done. To ad insult to injury, the Ram app says car didn't move from 12/12 to today. So I honestly have no idea what they did. Will not be back. More
