Customer service is terrible Took my van in for service on a Saturday, you people do not smile, and you let me know, this is a Saturday, and we are a skeleton crew. Waited a hal Took my van in for service on a Saturday, you people do not smile, and you let me know, this is a Saturday, and we are a skeleton crew. Waited a half hour for you to get the paper work together, while my van sat out the window finished and ready,. I asked twice, is the paper work ready, and the look was as if you wanted to bite my head off. We also have a KIA, took it in for service on a Saturday, they smiled and were pleasant, and did not keep me waiting. I told KIA that they have great customer service compare to you guys. My wife and I are now considering turning our Crysler van in for a KIA van, so we don't have to deal with you. Also Maggie Brown is not pleasant when she is tired. Found that out too. thank you for letting me get this off my chest. Mike More

Horrible Experince Really BAD Experience I was looking just to refinace my current vechicle and I got a call from Scott Granstrom Special Finance Consultant from Ron Ton Really BAD Experience I was looking just to refinace my current vechicle and I got a call from Scott Granstrom Special Finance Consultant from Ron Tonkin Dodge. He called me and we had a conversation and convinced me to come in that he could get me into a brand new vechicle with better financing that I already had. I went in looked and they showed me a basic Dodge Dart I took it for a test spin and wasn't thrilled but after thinking about it I thought that if they paid off my current vechicle and got me into that one that I would do it. Well Scott came over and scrutinized my credit and then after that tried to get me to go higher in payment.. I said I am confused? if the new vechicle is as much as my current vechicle that I am finanicing and you can get me a better interest rate why would my payment be higher? Then he leaves and comes back and says well I guess we are parting ways and I said ok.... then he is still conversing with me about the two vechicles and again I said "Scott" I don't under stand why my payments would be higher if you can get me a better interest rate.. He said yes I can get you a better interest rate and then he says you have negitvie equaty in your vechicle of a couple of thousand dollars so we have to put that on to your new vechicle.. I was PISSED OFF.. Not once the 3 hours that I was their was there any mention of that other wise I would have left 3 hours ago. When I checked the kelly blue book of my car trade in value was almost $12,000 dollars. SO when Scott told me that I said What? now it all made since why my payments would be higher and not even lowered.. And then he started talking about how much they have to pay in advertiising ect... I looked at him and said Do you think I am stupid?? I looked at him and said this isnt my first rodeo. I told him why would I buy a new car from you and then in 2 to 4 years trade it in I am really going to be over my head since they put this so called negitive equity on my current vechicle on to the new vechicle it will even be worse.. So beware... He said he wants to help you but in reality they want to screw you... I have never purchased anything from Dick Hannah and have had heard many horror stories and this is my time at Ron Tonkin.. and I probley will never go back.. Funny thing is I was never interested in buying a new car.. I love the car I have. I just wanted better financing and was talked into purchasing a new vehicle... I really belived Scott when he said he could help me and it would be wise for me to do this because it makes better since.. Yes it did, until he tried to take some of the money that I owed on the other vechicle to the new vechicle. I could understand if I was thousands of dollars in negitive equity ( which would have happened to me if I would have purchased the dodge dart from them) but if you look at the trade in value to what I owed maybe a few hundred dollars which they could have worked with if they wanted to sell a car.. Becareful.. because dealers will try to get your vechicle for a cheap as they want to plus cash on top of it... I liked the sales person jeff he was very nice I felt bad for him because he spent over 3 hours with me and made no sale.. and of course I wasted 3 hours of my time for nothing... • • • More
