Beware, rude & dishonest staff, dishonest services charges!! I exclusively take (well, took) my Jeep that has a Mopar Lifetime Warranty to this dealer for servicing since 2015, not for their customer service or I exclusively take (well, took) my Jeep that has a Mopar Lifetime Warranty to this dealer for servicing since 2015, not for their customer service or lack thereof should I say, but solely because they are the closest Jeep service to me by a long shot. The service guys/gals are notoriously aggressive, rude and dishonest about charges, making it seem like they’re doing a favor to get you into a rental each time they keep your car overnight for a simple oil change which took weeks to get the appointment, only to find out a free rental is included in your warranty all along! They sneak in charges that are fully covered by warranty, take extra long to get you in so after reporting problems prior to 36k miles they have you wait until you’re above 36k and try not to honor manufacture warranty’s. Not only that, A couple days ago they gaslighted the heck out of me, telling me I hadn’t been servicing my vehicle properly every 30k, even though I take my vehicle exclusively to them and do anything and everything they tell me I’m required to do to keep my vehicle warranty intact. So the tech tells me he’s doing me a huge favor by not reporting me to Mopar and covering the $1500 throttle replacement at 97k ish miles, and then snuck in another $300 I should be happy with right, cause they’re doing me a favor.... my friend told me they were scamming me so I politely questioned the charges and the BS 30k lies they were telling me, to no avail except to have the tech get pissed and threaten to go back to Mopar and reverse his work order and ‘get me charged the full $1500 since you don’t want to pay $300’. He goes to ask his manager permission to do this supposedly and comes back saying he doesn’t have time for this and takes $200 off. So I sent over my receipts to another Jeep dealer and sure enough... the entire thing was covered by Mopar and the dealer was scamming me out of extra money, scaring me into not questioning them and just paying the bill, lying about my Mopar coverages and requirements, and just overall agresssivE and rude scam artists. Beware! It looks like the last several service trips they’ve been sneaking in charges too. I’m currently waiting for a refund check and the manager says I should move on and let it go by since they apologized and are sending money back. Are you kidding me? How are they in business. Ask around, every other dealer in town knows the dishonest jerks over at McLoughlin Ron Tonkin Jeep, they have a bad rap in the industry. Do not let them make you think you’re wrong, their policy is the customer is always wrong and crazy, but do your research and check your receipts and warranty for refunds you’re owed from these people. And do not service your car here! More

I also had an issue with my touch screen, which was addressed and replaced same day. The staff have all been polite, knowledgeable, and readily answered any questions I had. I even called them one day when I couldn't get in my car - key fob battery was dead. The service guy did not laugh, or make me feel foolish, which was much appreciated. More
Mixed depending on step in process Making contact to schedule service / POOR I called and left a voicemail on 12/7/18 (Fri), 12/10/18 (Mon), and 12/11/18 (Tues) and never received a re Making contact to schedule service / POOR I called and left a voicemail on 12/7/18 (Fri), 12/10/18 (Mon), and 12/11/18 (Tues) and never received a return call until 12/17/18 (Mon) when I had a voicemail from someone saying they'd received the message I'd left "yesterday" to schedule service on my vehicle. It was my call on the fourth business day in a row on 12/12/18 (Wed) when I asked not to be sent to a Service Writer's voicemail but rather connected to an available person. After a bit of a wait, I was connected with an individual directly. While I appreciate that people are busy, it doesn't seem like a good business practice to have customers not receive a return call within 48 hours of leaving a message to schedule service. The return call I received was in excess of a week from the date I left the first message. Making the appointment / EXCELLENT The service writer with whom I was connected on 12/12/18 was courteous, professional, thorough, and patient with my questions. Checking in for service / POOR Having never used the Express Lane Service before, I checked in at the office next to the lane where the Service Writers' offices are located. The girl at the counter was as inconsiderate, dismissive, and rude as they come. Her "customer service skills" were so abysmal that a gentleman who overheard the entire exchange stepped in, addressed my needs, and apologized emphatically for her unacceptable behavior (which I fully appreciated). I will say that if in the future this same girl is waiting on customers, I will look for someone else to help me and save myself from being subjected to such an antagonistic personality. Getting service and checking out / EXCELLENT I was kept apprised of progress on the items for which I'd scheduled service and the Service Writer was again courteous, professional, and thorough in going over the bill and statement of work at the conclusion of my appointment. More
