I have had two horrible experiences with this dealership now. The first one was when my husband and I first started looking for pick ups. We went to this dealership and told the salesman we were looking for now. The first one was when my husband and I first started looking for pick ups. We went to this dealership and told the salesman we were looking for a 3500 short bed truck. He then told us they were impossible to find and we replied no they aren’t we have lots of friends with the same truck. I said Dave Smith has about 100 of them on their lot and his response was good they will even fly you up there. Fast forward about 6 months later I pulled in with a warranty issue on the 3500 short box I purchased from Dave Smith and the service department was so extremely rude I couldn’t even believe how I was being treated. Probably has something to do with the Dave Smith dealer plates on my truck. I will never step foot in this dealership again. It’s unfortunate but they also lost out on the sale of accessories. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I can’t even believe they are allowed to sell Chrysler products after treating a Chrysler customer the way we were treated. No to mention we also have an 02 dodge diesel at home. This place sucks. More

Unwilling to back their "125 point inspections" Very unfortunate experience. Purchased a used truck from them. Their response was to avoid conversations with me until I pressed them harder. They got on the phone and told me they are unwilling to help me in any manner. Very little wait time in kind friendly service at the counter on Saturday. They had a nice waiting room with some snacks available in the overall weight for the service was very light as well. We bought a new ram, Jamie schaab helped us. He was a great salesmen. He was upfront and honest and the online add matched what they had. I let him know I wasn't quite to the point of giving my number, but I was willing to give him my ID. He decided I wasn't worth his time and he told me he was getting another salesman. As you can imagine, I was insulted and decided I would just leave and said no thanks. He asks if I would just get in the car with someone you don't know without getting their phone number, and I said yes, if they gave me their ID. I told him that was dumb. Then he starts cussing at me, calling me bro like he's 17. I let the manager know, and he was not too happy about it, but I am sure nothing will come of it. It's a shame as well, because I will buy a Challenger, but unfortunately, not that one. You have to question a business that hires people that treat customers as such. More
