Shane, the service manager has handled many problems for me with amazing dedication to getting the best result for the customer. Recently had some warranty work done on my Buick for the airbag. They did a great job Dominic. My service advisor took care of everything. Everyone there is super helpful. It is hard to convey just how much this dealership sucks. Dishonesty, incompetence, lack of communication...they've got it all. Do business with anyone else. They are owned by Gee Automotive. The saga of how many ways they screwed up is too long to recount here so I'll just hit one of the most egregious instances: My truck was in for warranty repair. The condition it was brought in for was the battery was dead and would not take a charge or jump. After they had the truck for a couple weeks with no update I gave them a call. The person who answers the phone in their service dept is trained to not actually put you through to anyone. He repeatedly refused to put me through to my service advisor or his voicemail and said I would get a call back. I never got a call back, so tried again a week later. Same result and waited five days for a call back which never came, so I went down to see what the heck was going on. At this point the service advisor claimed they couldn't recreate the battery drain and the truck was starting fine. After a bit of back and forth about why they had my truck for a month and I was never notified of this, I said fine give me back my truck. The service advisor said to give him some time to print out paperwork and another service advisor said he would pull the truck around. After I'm standing there for awhile I realize "the truck should be pulled around by now" so I walked outside to where I knew it was parked on the side of the building. There they were, trying to jump my truck after they "couldn't recreate the battery drain". They were just trying to jump it and send me on my way! Once I started dealing with the service manager Shane I figured things would get better: no, he is setting the example that the other guys follow. The comfort level he has when lying to your face, when both of you know he is lying, is really quite impressive. If you are forced to do business here, make sure what you are getting in writing matches what you are being told! I'd suggest going in weekly and asking for a written update on your vehicle. If your vehicle is under warranty look carefully at the dates on the documents; they are not above doing some fudging there either. Good luck. More

These guys to include Kyle saved my bacon today. I have a fleet of emergency vehicles and we transport human organs for transplant to hospitals and waiting patients for life saving surgeries. I have had a nightmare of a time with very poor service from the McLoughlin location. I picked up the prepaid part that was delivered to McLoughlin after they failed to notify me it had been delivered (maybe days ago) until I called them days after it was supposed to be in. They would not consider an appointment for service until next week. I was very upset and was told the manager would not be in until Monday. The woman said she would have me speak to someone else and came back on herself and no one was available. I picked up the part from the dealership and contacted Ron Tonkin Chevrolet and spoke to Kyle. Kyle agreed to get us in immediately and had us taken care of to get back to delivering for Oregon and Washington. He also set us up with a maintenance account This was an absolute Godsend and I can’t thank the crew enough for helping us out and keeping us on the road. More
