Was told by Nolan he was waiting for approval from our extended warranty. Never asked if we wanted to pay if it wasn't covered. Didn't have the air filter in stock adding another 20+ min. Oil change tire extended warranty. Never asked if we wanted to pay if it wasn't covered. Didn't have the air filter in stock adding another 20+ min. Oil change tire rotation and filter almost 2 and 1/2 hours. Could have used better communication. More

Horrible service experience. Car spent 3 days at dealership. They said they were "unable to duplicate fault" to we brought it home.
