Adwan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn't jump on us as soon as we entered the lot and was very knowledgeable. This is our first experience with Ron Tonkin Chevrolet at Portland, OR. We bought our 2023 Toyota Tacoma Truck (9000 miles) with $40000. Right after we brought the truck home, we found out it was leaking Portland, OR. We bought our 2023 Toyota Tacoma Truck (9000 miles) with $40000. Right after we brought the truck home, we found out it was leaking oil. When we brought the truck to Toyota Service as the truck is still under Warranty, we were told by the truck had been brought there for oil leak prior to selling it to us. We called Ron Tonkin Chevrolet and asked them what they would do as a reputable car dealer to remedy the situation, as they knew the truck had had defects and hid them from us as buyers. First they blamed on Toyota Service for not having done a good job w/ fixing it in the first place; Second, the R.T Chevrolet general manager has been avoiding to speak to us. This is our first and will be for sure our last time to deal with Ron Tonkin Chevrolet, a car dealer which would not stand behind their products, and does not show standard business ethical practices.
