I have had a nightmare of a time with very poor service from the McLoughlin location. I picked up the prepaid part that was delivered to McLoughlin after they failed to notify me it had been delivered (maybe days ago) until I called them days after it was supposed to be in. They would not consider an appointment for service until next week. I was very upset and was told the manager would not be in until Monday. The woman said she would have me speak to someone else and came back on herself and no one was available. I picked up the part from the dealership and contacted Ron Tonkin Chevrolet and spoke to Kyle. Kyle agreed to get us in immediately and had us taken care of to get back to delivering for Oregon and Washington. He also set us up with a maintenance account This was an absolute Godsend and I can’t thank the crew enough for helping us out and keeping us on the road. More
