They don’t back their product despite Acura saying the fix is “X”, they refused to do the fix despite needing to do the fix as my only car. I was given a rental and after giving authorization to move forw fix is “X”, they refused to do the fix despite needing to do the fix as my only car. I was given a rental and after giving authorization to move forward on repairs, they demanded the loaner back saying they don’t feel comfortable fixing my car with me refusing to return the rental. I never refused, I said I approved repairs, I still need a car. The GM then called the police in which the office saw my text to and from Tonkin therefor providing they lied to police. This is now moving up to the state attorney general and my attorney. I’ll never buy an Acura ever again and will NEVER do business with them again. I’m even pulling their parts warehouse as a vendor from my shop. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had let alone even heard of. I’d heard things about the Tonkin name working in the industry but this location and their unprofessional management team should be avoided at ALL costs. I will be copying and pasting this review in every online forum possible. More
