Drove to this dealership from about 45 miles out looking to trade my SUV for a truck. Was told my car appraised MUCH lower than what I was offered elsewhere. I shared information I had gathered from previous dealers and CarMax. Regardless of what I told them they did not seem in a hurry to sell the truck. The dealership was understaffed and unwilling to work with the buyer. I did go in closer to closing time and it seemed like everyone was worried about going home instead of doing the work needed to sell a car and provide the "world class" customer service they brag about. It's unfortunate that dealerships are still ran like sandlots looking to make top dollar for low value vehicles. More

I only spoke in person to two people from this dealer. The sales person, who was very nice and friendly and a sales manager who was less friendly and a bit condescending. If you are going to buy from them ASK FOR THE PRICE BREAKDOWN OR OUT THE DOOR PRICE BEFOREHAND. We drove 45min to see a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport and when we got there everything had changed. Price listed on cars.com and their own website was misleading. It went from about 31K TO 42K just from the FEES, the biggest of which was a “market adjustment fee” of $5,000. I get the new/used car market is crazy high but they should’ve told us there was a price adjustment at least on our initial contact via email when we inquired about the car. Needless to say we did not get the car. We went to another dealer, they were straight forward and honest about the price before we even got there and they were willing to take that adjustment off and we bought the car. Goes to show you it’s not that all dealers are shady, some are just less honest than others. More

Very happy with my decision to stop at Tirapelli Ford in Shorewood, I previously had bought 2 new vehicles in the past 5 years from other dealers in the area and the purchase experience was not the same. Robert Cotton was my salesman and Dominick Venturella the sales manager, both were very professional , friendly and most importantly no pressure when it came to negotiations allowing me to take my time to make the right decision. I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a truck that day i was just doing comparison shopping to other dealers , content with the truck I had just looking to upgrade , they had the truck I was looking for like others they just beat the price right from the start on that particular vehicle. In conclusion I left in a brand new f150 at the price I wanted with the options I wanted with no buyers remorse.
