False Advertising. A used Tesla Model 3 was advertised on 4/6 at $46,998 on cars.com. I called the dealership and confirmed the price and set up an appointment for a te A used Tesla Model 3 was advertised on 4/6 at $46,998 on cars.com. I called the dealership and confirmed the price and set up an appointment for a test drive the next day. After the test drive the sales agent informed me the price was now $49,998 because they had "discovered" the car had the full self driving feature. I offered $46,998 on that day, 4/7, and they refused. I'd recommend going elsewhere first so Tirapelli doesn't waste your time. More

Do not trust the service department. When you take your vehicle in to get something done they don’t do it but charge you for it found out by another service place that what I went to get When you take your vehicle in to get something done they don’t do it but charge you for it found out by another service place that what I went to get at Ron Tirapelli was never done . Then in another vehicle They tried making me pay $550 for a service engine light that came up in a new 2021 under warranty vehicle that I didn’t need. Went to another service place told me exactly what I needed to do and I did service engine light went away . Will not go back to that dealership ever again after buying 3 vehicles from them. They don’t value their customers. More

So disappointed in Tirapelli Ford. Dropped off car because brakes dangerously spongy. Dealership ran “diagnostic” then removed and replaced 1 year old brakes. Nine days and $1k later Dropped off car because brakes dangerously spongy. Dealership ran “diagnostic” then removed and replaced 1 year old brakes. Nine days and $1k later, I picked up car. Brakes still spongy with slow response time. The dealer report on services performed even notes that brakes are still soft. Seems like dealer mechanics couldn’t diagnose problem so they charged me for brakes that didn’t correct anything. I called national Ford hotline and they recommended a list of possible root causes of problem and recommended dealer perform another diagnostic. Don’t know if I can trust Tirapelli to make my car safe. More
