The sales associate Adam Hernandez was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend purchasing a Ford from him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. During the 5 hours I spent at the dealer test driving, negotiating with Adam, his sales manager and especially myself (very large purchase totally unexpected) , Adam was more than patient and very personable. Overall a very good experience. More

terrible service experience Both my cigarette lighter and auxiliary outlets were out. The service department charged me for a diagnostic test only to tell me what I stated above. Both plugs needed to be replaced. Do you think? I requested to delete the $100.00 diagnostic charge from the bill given that I explained what was wrong when I walked in the door. They refused to listen to reason. I told them if I brought in a flash light with fresh batteries but the bulb was burned out, would you charge me for a diagnostic test? In summary, consider yourself warned. I now go to Rod Baker Ford for far superior service. More
Went there to purchase a vehicle, just about to do businness and was rudely put out of the dealership. The sales manager walked me to the door, and stated" I will not sell you a car," and tryed to ph businness and was rudely put out of the dealership. The sales manager walked me to the door, and stated" I will not sell you a car," and tryed to physically push me out the door all because I showed him I could purchase the same vehicle he was selling me at cargurus.com for cheaper. The also went on that site and erased my review of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, HORRIBLE!!!! More
My husband and I went into this dealership on a whim, to see if they had any vehicles that we were looking for. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome. We had come in with a pre-approval from Capitol one, yes the blank check program...there was a lot more fine print that we had not noticed. Mod started showing us cars and Nick started w the finance of it. We do not have perfect credit, but not bad enough to not get a car. The long of the short, they ad 2 vehicles that we liked, they stated the numbers. In the end, neither worked for our payment we wanted. I recd a call 2 days later saying they are till working on it, and got in 2 vehicles that will work. I webt, looked, chose and went home. My family n I returned 2 days later to the payment we had been looking for. Ths dealership NEVER gave up when we didn't want a high car payment, as 2 other Ford dealerships did. And to top it off, we had been there a few hours, so they insisted on getting us something to eat, since it was later and we had our kids. Hands down BEST service in a dealership in 15+ years! Thank you Ron Tirapelli, we are life long customers and friends! Oh also we took our brother back 2 days later, he also left happily with a car! More
