Recall work (bubbling interior) was shoddy and not resolved, wasn’t notified that car service was completed even though I was in the waiting area - they called my husband instead, who didn’t have a chance to tell me for 15 min. Mentioned it to cashier and all I got was an “aw.” I could go on. If you don’t have access to another ford dealer and you need warranty or recall work done I guess you’re stuck with this place. More

I go to pay and the bill is for $995. After I lost my xxxx he got it changed to $882 which is still not the $860 I agreed to....I would find another dealership before you get ripped off here More

Terrible Experience Bought my vehicle in for warranty work. I waited for two months minimum for a sync 3 module to come in for of my vehicle. When the part came in I received a phone call from my service guy Michael shadle. We scheduled for service the following week. I arrive for service as scheduled. Apparently they sent my parts back without contacting me. The service manager is completely useless in this case. Instead of rectifying the issue they've decided they'd rather not work on my vehicle. Sweet! I'll take my vehicle elsewhere. Thanks for not being professional and not holding yourselves accountable. If this is how the service department is.. then I wonder how the sales department treats you. More

I had been to various dealers to find a F-150 with the equipment I wanted and all the others dealers did not listen to what I wanted only what they wanted me to purchase from them. They were also dishonest with the financing rates. One dealer told me all used vehicles were at least 8%. Ron Tirapelli financed through Ford Credit and it was under 3%. I wont shop anywhere else. Our salesman was Bob and he went above and beyond to get us the best price out there. After we decided to purchase and sat down with Rob he found some more savings for us. We have bought our share of cars and I truly felt that both guys were pretty honest with us. Yes, I would have loved to get the vehicle a little cheaper but I do believe we got the best deal with Tirapelli Ford. I have had the car for 3 months and still love it.
