Sales associate Josh did not work or even attempt to try and earn my business or understand my needs, and I left with unanswered questions about the vehicle. The sales associate seemed scattered, as if some other task was demanding his attention. For example, he got my name wrong on two occasions, spelling it wrong on the paper and again in person. When going on the test drive, the associate asked that I take the drive alone. When I entered the vehicle it had a service indicator on, and I returned to alert the sales associate before continuing the test drive. The associate asked how my test drive was even though it had only been a few minutes. Upon returning, very little information was actually disclosed about the vehicle beyond what was available in the carfax report. More

Ripped off elderly couple. My parents went in for their standard oil change at RMN. Service tells them their 9-year old, 45,000 mile, Maxima needs $3,000 worth of repair work a My parents went in for their standard oil change at RMN. Service tells them their 9-year old, 45,000 mile, Maxima needs $3,000 worth of repair work and if they drive it, the engine could be damaged. My 80-year old father was in shock. They conveniently mentioned that someone could help them find a new car. Gave them blue book price minus $3k for their Maxima. They leased an Altima. The first time they ever leased. My Dad trusted them. We looked online on RMN own site and found a much better lease deal, a few thousand less! We went in with them the next day and demanded that they change it. They agreed and played totally dumb about their online deal. They even sold them the Allstate plan ($22 more per month) when they have AAA and tried to sell it to them again after we took it off and left them to sign the papers! Over the weekend, a much lower lease rate of same car advertised in paper and in flyer mailed to our houses! $1,400 less for the entire term (including money down)! Even though it was only two business days later, they refused to give them this new deal. We now wonder if anything was wrong with their car in the first place? They say they did the "right" thing. Sure, but only when caught. Took advantage of people in shock and on a fixed income. Shame on you RMN. Never again at any RMN dealership. Do you homework if you go here, they WON'T give you the best deal. More

Confused by the amount of dealerships and choices of vehicles, we arrived at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls. We were assisted by Deb Stanzak who welcomed us graciously. We immediately were at ease and began our shopping process. We told her our preference in a car. She immediately put us behind the wheel of several vehicles we were looking for. She left no stone unturned and was diligent in her search on our behalf. We made a decision and are now the proud owners of a SantaFe SUV. I think a combination of professionalism and a warm welcome by Deb, will bring us back again to this location. Thanks Ron Marhofer! More

We never felt pressure of any kind. Best of all, we were in and out in 3 hours! That's perfect for our needs, but everyone made it clear that they would spend more time with us if we wished to go over any questions. They worked out a deal that worked for me and didn't pressure me on any part of it. I was upside down but instead of brushing me off as a difficult customer, they worked it out. CJ Gran got us all sorted out with everything we needed. The next day there were additional hoops I put them through but Matt handled them all nicely. There were two after sale contacts that also didn't disappoint. I had left something in the car I traded in and was a little concerned about it. CJ answered my text and put his hands on it. Seems like a small thing, but I also appreciated being able to text him. When I have a quick thought about leaving something in the car, I don't need to make a five minute phone call with a 4 minute wait. Happy to be able to shoot a quick text. It was a completely different experience at a dealership. CJ, Matt and Kevin, thank you. More
