I purchased a 2016 frontier Brand new. The only thing i am not happy with is key fobs. Both key fobs stopped working. In order to replace the key fob they ask for $500. I think it is not worth it. Experiences with car shopping has not been the best in the past. This one was a totally different one from the beginning. From the initial call, to the instant text of cars with the specs I wanted, to the the past. This one was a totally different one from the beginning. We purchased 2017 Bolt EV from dealership. Spencer G. was very friendly and thoroughly professional. No pressure or games from any dealership staff which was refreshing. I had been looking for a car for a long time, but since it was my first time purchasing a car it was a difficult process. When I initially searched for cars, I would shop for more expensive brands such as it was my first time purchasing a car it was a difficult process. When I initially searched for cars, I would shop for more expensive brands such as BMW, mercedes-benz, Audi, etc. I didn’t have a strong understanding of finance and I believe that was my main problem. When I first arrived at Ron Marhofer I was looking at a 2011 Benz thinking this car was perfect for me. Dave took the time to teach me more about finance and showed me smarter ways to go about getting a car. I ended up leaving with a 2017 Nissan Sentra and I couldn’t be happier. They take the time to make sure that you understand what you’re getting yourself in to, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service with friendly faces, makes you feel at home. More
I will never go there again. When my wife died of cancer and we returned her leased Rogue, Marhofer said we had to make all payments. The dealership wouldn't give me the name or phone number of the region and we returned her leased Rogue, Marhofer said we had to make all payments. The dealership wouldn't give me the name or phone number of the regional rep. Nissan credit kept sending me bills even though the car had been returned in perfect condition and thousands of miles under the allowed amount. I requested on-camera interviews with Nissan executives to describe how they treat customers who die of cancer before the lease is up. They did not respond; they turned the account over to a collection agency. I then requested interviews with executives at the collection agency, and the collection agency wouldn't say whether Nissan had forwarded all my communication including a letter that included my wife's death certificate and said I was not going to make any more payments and if Nissan had any questions it should contact my attorney. I provided my attorney's name and number. He was never contacted. I will never buy from Marhofer again. I will never buy another Nissan. More
