He was able to pull up the vehicle I wanted to look at without any of the run around. While I was test driving the jeep, he had my jeep taken to be appraised by Kevin Mcbryer. I feel as though Kevin gave me a very fair price and almost matched what I wanted for my jeep. He did give me a price very similar to kelley blue book. He was also kind and professional. After deciding this was the jeep I wanted, we started the process. Crystal Drescher was the employee who dealt with all the finance. She was also exceptional. I was able to get my dream jeep. I did have to however, come back to get a part fixed. I originally made an appointment for a different day, but josh was able to get me right in to have the part fixed. Josh washed and cleaned up my new jeep perfectly before I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend Josh, Kevin, and crystal without any hesitation. I will always do all my car buying at Ron Marhofer with these three. More
