Amazing Experience The experience with this dealership was amazing from beginning to end. I had gone to other dealerships before this one, and the experiences were vastl The experience with this dealership was amazing from beginning to end. I had gone to other dealerships before this one, and the experiences were vastly different. Their website is far superior to any other dealer sites I visited in my car search. The payment calculator informs you of your exact price and payment will be for the car, which includes tax and other fees. I had had my car appraised at other dealerships, and each one undercut the value of my car. Mike Richards was the only person that was fair and honest with me about my car. He let me know how he determined the value of my car, and asked questions to try and get an appropriate appraisal. He even offered to make me an appraisal price for my car if I wanted to sell it myself. I told him, that all I wanted was an offer that matched the KBB value. He offered me exactly what KBB determined my car was worth. I could not speak more highly of Mike and how he conducts himself. When I was going around to other dealers, I dealt with several salesmen. Mike Patterson was by far the most honest and helpful salesman I met. Mike took the time to meet with me, on multiple occasions to discuss what was best for my family and my budget. I was about to come back with my wife and test drive and sign a lease, however just before we left. An unexpected expense arose, and my wife and I took some time to analyze our new financial options. I contacted Mike and explained that I wanted to look at a different model, that might be somewhat cheaper. Mike never questioned why I wanted to change, never tried to push me to taking something more expensive. He helped me find the right car for me and my family. Mike sat down with my wife and I and answered all our questions, some of which I asked for a second time. Mike gave me a direct answer to every single question, he never said, “I don’t know or I’m not sure.” Mike even helped the crew wash and detail my car, to help speed up the process. Once my car was ready he spent time with me showing me how to set up and explained how to use everything. Nate Watts could not have been more helpful throughout the lease process. He took the time while I was signing my papers to ask all my questions, which there were a lot. Nate was not pushy and never pressured me to purchase any additional add-ons. He took the time to explain everything that was happening, and always gave me a direct answer. I could not be any happier with the whole process. My wife and I were so impressed with the process, we will consider leasing her a car when her current lease is up. I’ve had this car for 2 weeks the dealership has called me 5 times, to make sure my car I’m still happy with it and to help in anyway. More

That is not what I wanted....Raj and the dealership did not high pressure me to reconsider. Other dealerships I went to were incredibly pushy on just getting a sale...they did not listen. Raj was excellent to work with...answered all my questions and concerns. Ron Marhoffer is competively priced for their cars.
