just a average dealership that does average selling just like any other dealership. nothing special. but, they did get back to my inquiries fairly quickly. on the downside of that, when i told them i was like any other dealership. nothing special. but, they did get back to my inquiries fairly quickly. on the downside of that, when i told them i was no longer interested because they were asking too much for the vehicle, i still kept getting emails from them. Drove an hour to see a car that was posted on the website. The car was on the website for 3 days. The car was not at the dealership. They used the auction photos. They didn't even know when the car was coming to the dealership. When I asked for a card to call the manager and discuss why they advertised a car that wasn't even in their inventory yet, the general manager Bobby was rude about it. He didn't even tell me he was the general manager, I had to ask if that was his card. He never apologized, he walked out of an office handed me a card and said that is the way all dealerships do it and walked away. The receptionist showed more respect to me then the general manager. I was there to buy a $52,000 car and was treated like I was trash. I gave back the card and walked out. No customer deserves to be treated like that, especially by the general manager who should be setting a good example for his employees. More

By far one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. In February I ordered a blue versa 5 speed. The friend I went with and I did not get a good feeling when we were there we were shown repeatedly life. In February I ordered a blue versa 5 speed. The friend I went with and I did not get a good feeling when we were there we were shown repeatedly on the computer how A versa only gives them about a $500 markup. We were made to feel like we weren't worth the time. March 19th I was told my car had been built and that I was to come up and sign all the loan paperwork and get all of that handled before the car showed up. I got a much better feeling that time about my salesperson that time however when I got home and downloaded the apps from Nissan I noticed that the versa in the pictures was black so my wife verified with Dave that the car was black however I had ordered a blue one but this just being transportation I wasn't too concerned about it and I just let it go and didn't say anything. I didn't want to have to wait any longer for a car over a color. April 6th the car arrived and the front end was smashed on it The picture up there in my profile is the picture that I received of my car. Two days went by and then on April 8th having not heard anything conclusive about what was going to be done I went up to the dealership and talked to Dave directly he told me that I could borrow a leaf and that they were working on a deal with another dealer where they would trade them a frontier for their five-speed versa and was sure to tell me how they would be losing quite a bit of money as how the frontier had a $3,500 .markup compared to the verses $500 markup. I also informed Dave that he had ordered the wrong color and that it should have been blue .I was told that I would be given an answer on Monday April 11th about the trade and that my salesman was going on vacation and I would hear from his boss. By April 17th I had heard no word on whether the trade had worked out or not so I contacted Dave inquiring if I could just cancel this out and go elsewhere and Dave informed me that he had ordered me another versa. May 3rd come around and my loan payment was due for the wrecked versa which I still had not even seen except for the wrecked picture. My wife contacted Dave just to double check the loan was closed out and he assured her that it was. And he also showed her a picture from his computer showing that he ordered me a blue versa on April 6th which is funny because I didn't tell him till April 8th that he had ordered the wrong color. May 10th I start getting collection calls saying that my payment on the 3rd was not made. I called Dave and I left an angry voicemail on his phone which wasn't returned until later by one of his bosses claiming that because I use profanity in my voicemail they will no longer deal with me and that they closed the loan out. However on May 13th I got more collection calls so I decided to go ahead and make my payment. So I am making car payments now on a car that Ron marhofer has not shown me other than a wrecked picture and they refuse to give me a replacement and they refuse to give me physical confirmation that my loan has been closed. Calling Nissan North American will not get you anywhere either they are about helpless. Save yourself some time and go to another Nissan dealer if you have to have a Nissan. They have also refused to answer my life's questions via email giving her proof of the loan cancellation and other things. They are really good at ignoring you unless you show up at their front door ready to buy a car. This review isn't to sway you from not going there I'm just simply hoping that finally they will listen to me and stop ignoring me. More
