I will never go there again. When my wife died of cancer and we returned her leased Rogue, Marhofer said we had to make all payments. The dealership wouldn't give me the name or phone number of the region and we returned her leased Rogue, Marhofer said we had to make all payments. The dealership wouldn't give me the name or phone number of the regional rep. Nissan credit kept sending me bills even though the car had been returned in perfect condition and thousands of miles under the allowed amount. I requested on-camera interviews with Nissan executives to describe how they treat customers who die of cancer before the lease is up. They did not respond; they turned the account over to a collection agency. I then requested interviews with executives at the collection agency, and the collection agency wouldn't say whether Nissan had forwarded all my communication including a letter that included my wife's death certificate and said I was not going to make any more payments and if Nissan had any questions it should contact my attorney. I provided my attorney's name and number. He was never contacted. I will never buy from Marhofer again. I will never buy another Nissan. More

I had a great experience. The Lincoln MKZ I purchased was priced right and I live an hour away. Almost the whole deal was done over the phone and I was at the dealership for test drive and final paper work f priced right and I live an hour away. My transmission blew in the middle of a 10hour drive from NJ to Indiana. Fortunately I discovered Ron Marhofer Nissan, as they were the closest Nissan dealership. Rob in service fast tracked my 2015 NJ to Indiana. Fortunately I discovered Ron Marhofer Nissan, as they were the closest Nissan dealership. Rob in service fast tracked my 2015 Nissan Altima into diagnostics where I learned of a $5000 problem. My transmission is done. Dave in sales comes swooping in, saves the day. Dave and his guys in finance were able to burry the negative equity I had in my previous vehicle into another vehicle. They just so happen to have a vehicle that worked out mathematically and aligned with my situation. My car payment went up a little bit but given my situation it was a huge win. Not to mention the vehicle I drove away with was an upgrade! I’m just really appreciative of the all hands on deck treatment I received at this dealership. Felt like everyone knew I was in a pickle, made me feel good about my predicament. I was in a new(ish) car in record time. Still can’t believe it. The 2017 Volvo S60 is exactly what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Thanks again to everyone that got me back on the road again.
