Every one else made a point to see that we had everything we needed, and ‘this experience was as pleasant one, this included the manager Kevin, finance officer CJ, Johnna in the service department, as well as the detailing crew. I would give 10 Stars if I could I looked for a car for about a month. I came across an ad on line for the car I wanted so I took the 2 hour drive to Ron Marhofer’s to check it out. They were selling the car for $ 2,000 less than the same exact car in Columbus, Delaware, Dublin and surrounding areas. Best decision I ever made. Brian, my salesman, was awesome. He asked me what price range I wanted to be in and tailored the financing to my request. He even called me after I bought the car and asked if I was satisfied with it. Who does that for a USED car? The whole staff was friendly and acted like they were happy to see us. It’s comforting to know that there are still business that care about the customers needs. More

Went over the new model car for leasing and gave me excellent options and features I could add if I wanted to. He gave me options for paying off the over milage I had on my car, and they were extremely reasonable. Gave me the good and bad about both options and he helped me make the right decision in the end.
