I called for a service appointment / talked to a receptionist/ tried to get an appointment to fix my my palisade/ they asked many unrelated questions/ very annoying/ I called a different dealer/ no receptionist/ tried to get an appointment to fix my my palisade/ they asked many unrelated questions/ very annoying/ I called a different dealer/ no unrelated questions/ got my palisade serviced the next day and very statsfied! I'm very satisfied with buyout service that Stacey provided throughout the process. Very quick response and accommodating. All documents sent out via mail and pick up right in front of our door. We go provided throughout the process. Very quick response and accommodating. All documents sent out via mail and pick up right in front of our door. If I could give this dealership a lower review I would. I have been going to this dealership for the last 12 or 13 years, I have purchased 3 Santa Fe’s from them . Have been satisfied in the past but in the have been going to this dealership for the last 12 or 13 years, I have purchased 3 Santa Fe’s from them . Have been satisfied in the past but in the last year and a half the customer service department has been very lacking. Different employees and different managers every time I came in for service. The last time I came in before leaving on vacation to get an oil change was the last straw. Left for my vacation and only 2,000 after my so called oil change, my check oil light came on. We pulled over right away to check the oil and low and behold we were a quart low and the oil was black. We found a place to get and oil change right away. When we returned from vacation, I went back to the service department to complain and the basically said there was nothing they could do. Never ever going back there again. They have lost me as a customer for life. More

I have been very pleased with the service. I have taken my Lincoln to Ron Marhofer for over 2 years without any issues. The Service Team go out of their way to insure all repairs are clearly explained and my Lincoln to Ron Marhofer for over 2 years without any issues. The Service Team go out of their way to insure all repairs are clearly explained and insure your vehicle will be ready when stated. The Customer Service and Quality of Work have been excellent. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership. More

I love the service department at Ron Marhoffer Hyundai. They are exceptionally helpful, professional, and consistant in the way they do there jobs. Unfortuneatly, I have come to know most of them by first name, because my Hyundai Santa Fe has spent almost as much time in their garage as it has mine. I'll never buy a Hyundai again, but I would not hesitate buying another vehicler at Ron Marhofer. More
