I had a terrible experience at the Green location and almost made me not want to go to another dealer but I decided to make the trip. They understood that I just wanted to see what they had to offer. Dalton Jones greeted me when after they paged him as he was the one I talked to on the internet. He sat me down with Breanna Brunswick who was very helpful and made sure I understood all of my options clearly. Christine Stevens was also very generous and sat with me, even after closing time, to go over all of the numbers. No matter what the sales department at Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green say about the Cuyahoga Falls location, the Cuyahoga Falls location is the place to go. They make sure you are as comfortable as can be and understand, no matter what the situation is, that you are a person and not a dollar sign. More
Love My New Convertible & had a great experience purchasing! I had been on the hunt for a specific car for quite some time. I regularly checked several of the car sales websites when my little beauty popped up! I had been on the hunt for a specific car for quite some time. I regularly checked several of the car sales websites when my little beauty popped up! Immediately I began emailing with Rachel Clark who responded extremely quickly and answered many questions I had by personally going to look at the vehicle and providing the information. The next day I decided to make the 1.5 hour journey to view the vehicle. Rachel informed me it was out for detailing and I told her when I would arrive and she assured me the car would be back on their lot about the same time I arrived. Sure enough, I arrived got out of my car and in pulled the car I had my eye on from the detail shop! Rachel promptly introduced me to Kyle Gossett who took us out for a test drive. We found a tire pressure light to be lit and pointed out that would need to be rectified before considering a purchase. The car was immediately taken to service, where it was found to have a faulty sensor on the tire. We did have to wait a while for the repair (about an hour and a half), but once complete I was ready to go. The car was so competitively priced, that I did not negotiate it down any. I felt I was getting a great deal at the advertised price which was $1,200+ under FMV. This is a busy place and I did have to wait for an open chair in the finance department, but once I got there Dan Fertherholf took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I usually purchase new vehicles so buy used was a little scary, but this place made it a piece of cake and I got an awesome set of wheels! Now if it would warm up so I can put my top down I'll be all set! Thanks Ron Marhofer Family! I highly recommend your dealership! More

Coming from a couple hours out of town, and with a bad experience at a competing Hyundai dealership that ended with no deal, I was a little hesitant on buying a car from outside my local area, but as soon as I stepped in the door my worries disappeared. James and Dalton were fantastic, and not too long after I was driving away in my brand new Sonata! Thanks also to Sherri, who handled my paperwork with expertise! Highly recommended, outstanding price, and even better service!!! Will look forward to returning again once I am in the market for another car. More

He's friendly, interested in you as a person, well versed in many subjects, has a fine sense of humor, and does NOT pressure you to purchase a vehicle. He wants what is best for you. I have dealt exclusively with Chris Pursley whom I consider to be and expert in his field. No matter what question I ask, Chris answers immediately or gets an answer very quickly. He does not "shoot from the hip" he just simply gives expert answers to any question one might ask. There is no pressure to get you in the car - there is just guidance and suggestions to get you in the car of your choice at a very good price. I think so much of Chris and Marhofer that I encouraged my daughter to come here from SC to lease a vehicle three years ago. She did and just turned the car in at Marhofer and purchased a new Elantra. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service provided by Chris and the team at Marhofer. In short I have since purchased two more new Hyundais from Chris, in additon I personally took a friend there who also purchased a new Sonata. I should perhaps mention that I live twenty five miles from that dealership, and that there's an other huyndai store only three miles from my home in Canton In 2009 I happened to be in Cuyahoga Falls and stumbled in Marhofer's just to have a look. What got me hooked was the service I received after that first auto. The expertees and friendliness is outstading. Thank you Ron Mahofer and Chris Pursley More
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Having done a ton of looking on the internet, I arrived at the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and knew they had it. I also knew approximately what my trade was worth (although I wasn't too happy about that)I was greeted promptly, told the salesman what I wanted to look at, there was no trying to "switch" me or jumble mouthed double talk. In less than 30 minutes I had driven the car and was waiting while they appraised my car. The appraisal was $700 HIGHER than I expected! Usually dealers hit you way low and make you fight with them, but there was no haggling with the price of the car I bought either - although I tried. Needless to say, I am a customer and have sent several others their way as well. More

Our company had leased 3 Lincoln Navigators in a row (each for three years). The last car had several service issues (faulty electronics, water leakage, oil leakage, popping noise from the muffler/catal (each for three years). The last car had several service issues (faulty electronics, water leakage, oil leakage, popping noise from the muffler/catalysator etc.) that never got fixed satisfactory. At the end of the lease (with around 40,000 miles) the tires were worn out. Nobody from the dealership contacted us before the lease ran out whether we wanted to get another Lincoln (this would have been no. 4). Even when we called the dealership a couple of weeks before the lease expired what we needed to prepare, nobody asked whether we needed a new car. The day we dropped off the car, we were asked "Do you need a new car?" Obviously, for a company car, we had to make a decision earlier. In fact, we had just signed a couple of days ago a lease for a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL. Reason being, that we had been dissatisfied with the service over the last couple of years and no contact nor incentive from the sales department to offer us a new Lincoln. The dealership claims that their sales people don't work on commission basis. This seems to be true as they certainly seem to not care at all. Even if you have to pay a bit more, I would recommend another dealer if you are looking to buy a Lincoln or Mercury vehicle. More
