Equal Opportunity I came to this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted and the price seemed fair, but more importantly I was treated without respect at other I came to this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted and the price seemed fair, but more importantly I was treated without respect at other dealerships because I am a woman and went without my husband to look at vehicles. They wouldn't give me true prices, acted as if the current deal was not happening, and said we would talk more when my husband could come in. Ron Marhofer's dealership never treated me that way. So easy to get my new car. I walked into Marhofer Hyundai seeking information regarding my current least. Due to circumstances that I had no control over, I was getting close t I walked into Marhofer Hyundai seeking information regarding my current least. Due to circumstances that I had no control over, I was getting close to my mileage limit. My lease was not due until May 2016. I spoke with Matt and he presented the options I had. I decided to end my current lease and accept the incentatives being offered by Hyundai. I signed a new lease and with Matt's help, I completed the necessary paperwork. The sales associate, Cedric, was interested in getting me into the vehicle I wanted/needed at a price I could afford. He did not try to push me into buying anything. He did not even try to direct me away from what I said I needed. This was a completely different experience in car buying (leasing), and it didn't stop with the sales associate. All of the staff I dealt with, including the manager, the finance guy, and the driver that went to get my vehicle 2 states away, were friendly and helpful. A great experience. More
