An HONEST & FAIR dealership island in an ocean of predators! This is our FOURTH Hyundai that my wife and I have leased from Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio: 2 Sonatas and 2 Santa Fe's. We even ended This is our FOURTH Hyundai that my wife and I have leased from Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio: 2 Sonatas and 2 Santa Fe's. We even ended up purchasing the first Sonata outright, and then traded it in later for another Sonata SE. Every time I have personally sought out Sales Associate Nick Yaw to assist us with the deals since we consider him to be trustworthy, above reproach, and straightforward. He has been a blessing each and every time, and we commend him for his laid back, yet professional demeanor at all times. As I cannot stand an overly aggressive salesperson, I have walked out of other dealerships when they came on as smothering and obnoxious; this has never been the case with Nick, and I'm sure that the Marhofer Management Team recognizes him as the valuable asset to their dealership that he truly is. All of the personnel at Ron Marhofer have been top notch, including Store Manager Rick Vaughn, Finance Associate Ashraf Mohammad, the entire Service Team, and the stellar Marhofer Body Shop as well: they continue to make our experience very pleasurable every time, and that's why we keep coming back!
