I noticed that each employee who had a client was able to comfortably converse with them while their paperwork was set up (I experienced the same thing). Having been in customer service for over a decade, myself, I find that very impressive and important. Nick recognized that I had a timeframe to work with and did all he could to get me out in time, which I definitely appreciate. I also appreciated receiving a fair and realistic trade-in value for my vehicle, as well as an upfront explanation that the $99 down payment would also include taxes, title work, and license plate fees. I think that was what most impressed me: the honesty about the fees. I was able to get the car I wanted, and to my extreme pleasure it was even a manual transmission! This has been my best experience buying a car - ever. More
